We aspire to provide you with fresh, healthy, organic and environmentally friendly products that are purchased ethically from local companies. Our friendly student staff are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We are licensed so come and join us for a beer or cider in our lounge. The GrassRoots Cafe is a great space to enjoy ! The space is ideal for students w

ho need a place to study, or to just hang out. The GrassRoots Cafe is equipped with a projection screen TV, VCR and DVD player. The GrassRoots Cafe is also available for events, meeting or sports events. Hey everyone. The KSA is closing all of our Member Services and Health and Dental Plan Offices today (Wednesday, March 18) to try and keep everyone safe from COVID-19. The GrassRoots Cafe (as of right now) will be open until this Friday, March 20. We are not sure when we will be back (we will be closed until at least Monday, March 30), but we will do our best to keep you guys posted.

The closure of Member Services will unfortunately include the Student Food Bank on campus. Please share any community resources that you would recommend to other students in the comments!

The KSA is keeping our Member Services Offices and the GrassRoots Cafe open during the COVID-19 situation. We hope to continue to provide food and drinks at the Surrey Campus, and access to the KSA Food Bank and our Health and Dental services for all students. However, we will be reducing our hours to 8am - 4pm for the Cafe, and 8:30am - 4pm for Member Services.

The holidays are here, and it's a little quiet around the KSA offices! The GrassRoots Cafe and KSA Member Services are closed until Tuesday, January 2.

Also, all of the KPU campuses will be closed from Monday, December 25 to Monday, January 1. Have a wonderful holiday! We will see you in 2018!
