But do you know if your juices are unpasteurized or not? What is "Heat Pasteurization aka HPP" you ask?

๐ŸŒกHPP is a process used to extend the shelf life of foods/juices which entails raising the temperature.

๐Ÿ‘The good news is that it can prolong the shelf life of cold pressed juice from 4 to 5 days to 2 weeks.

๐Ÿ‘ŽThe not so good news is that this HPP kills valuable nutrients. Itโ€™s a lucrative way companies can stock shelves longer to avoid over juicing and throwing out unsold juices.
