Did you know it takes over two and a half days to prep your plate? ⏳✨
That’s because our premium fresh pork is koji-cured for 62 hours. This traditional process breaks down the proteins, making the meat incredibly tender and packed with natural flavor.
Paired with our crispy, house-made panko and fresh, never-frozen pork, it’s a difference you can taste instantly.
Drop a 🥢 if you’re craving that crunch today
