Amanda noticed something that is at the heart of what we do at Salsa & Guacamole: freshness, quality, and care in every plate.

From the freshly cut cabbage to the crispy fish tacos, we choose quality ingredients because we believe you can taste the difference.

Could we cut corners to make things cheaper? Of course. But that has never been the kind of restaurant we want to be.

We would rather serve food we are genuinely proud of — fresh, thoughtful, full of flavour, and made with the standards we would want for our own family.
