Hey Folks , I had the most amazing successful weekend EVER at the O’Chiese Rocky Mountain Rodeo and Indian Relay Races this past weekend and I hope to go again next year . 🙏😊 It was a weekend full of excitement and thrilling entertainment and MY busiest time EVER . I am Forever Thankful for being given the opportunity to go and have a Film Crew from APTN come into my Little Tee P*e Trailer and film me making an Elk Burger. It surely will help me with advertising my little business . I one day hope to Franchise. Kokum's Cree-ations and have multiple units out there doing what I have worked so hard to create. ( I have big Hopes ,Dreams and Goals ) 😉 😉 Anyways 😂 I believe the World needs more Good Indigenous Cuisine and much much More of Kokum’s Cree-ations incredible Indian Tacos and Elk Burgers 🍔 🤤 I would like to say that I am so very impressed at how organized , and entertaining Event they put on . This is an Event you really don’t want to miss and I really hope you all can come see it next year . All I can say is WOW 😮 It’s TRULY an Event you don’t want to miss 😊😊😊
It warmed my heart even more this morning to wake up there and look out to see how beautiful and CLEAN it was . The RESPECT for the LAND and EVENT shown by the organizers, competitors, their families and for all those who attended. There was NO garbage , Beer Cans and Horse Dumplings lying around everywhere like at most Rodeos and Events . And this was a Licensed event with music , Dance and Beer Gardens every night as well . I myself have personally attended many many Rodeos , Music Festivals and Big Events in my life and seen the aftermath when it’s over . This was truly amazing. I seen how throughout the weekend, the competitors and families SMASHED UP and RAKED the Horse Dumplings They raked it back into the land not leaving the big humps and lumps . RESPECT TO YOU COMPETITORS AND YOUR FAMILIES 🙏😊 . I was also overwhelmed with happiness when I heard first thing one the radio station 94.5 Rewind Radio DJ’s talking about how there was by far the BEST food ever at the event. They continued to talk about my Indian Taco and how incredible it was and how it was and how it was by far the BEST Indian Taco EVER 😊😊😊 I was so overwhelmed to hear that and I broke down with Tears of Pure Joy and Relief for a very successful weekend. I am so very Thankful for the Creator and the Blessings I receive.
I will always be thankful for each and every one of you that continue to support my business. Your kind words blessings and continued support means so so much to me 😊❤️ It also meant so much to me to see familiar faces of people I have had the opportunity to serve before . It was so nice to see you and a privilege to serve you again and again 😊😊😊You are the Best ❤️😊
I hope to see you all down the Trail again soon. I am taking a couple days to recover and get resupplied for my next big event .

Hey Folks, Kokum’s Cree-ations mobile Tee p*e is headed north this coming weekend. I was once again unable to get in as a food vendor for the Sundre Pro Rodeo however I have been invited to attend the O”Chiese Rocky Mountain Rodeo and Indian Relay Races this coming weekend June 23, 24, 25th in Rocky Mountain House Alberta. There is over 240 entries and 43 Relay teams entered so far and it’s only getting bigger and better . They will also be filming a documentary on our Indian Relay Racers .
So I hope you all can come support Kokum’s Cree-ations and our Indigenous Cowboys , Cowgirls and Relay Teams for this fun filled eventful weekend.
You won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday was a Beautiful day and I had a special visit from Clay
and Rupertsland Institute who stopped by for one of my Amazing Elk Roast Sandwiches 🤤 . I am so very Thankful for your support. You made my Day 😊😊😊😊 It was an absolute pleasure to serve you . Thank you for the swag as well and I really hope to get a Flag to fly on Kokum’s Cree-tions Tee p*e .😊😊😊I am so proud of my Native Heritage and it means so much to have the support of my people.

Hey Folks , Sadly , I am sorry to announce that I have had to close my Takeout Restaurant at 206 Center Street North Sundre . It hurts my heart that I am unable to continue serving the community at that location. I worked so hard and I will continue to. I will not give up on my Dream . Sundre is an amazing community. I am Thankful for the friendships I have made serving you all this past year . Thank you Sundre and my supportive customers . You are amazing. Its your support of Kokum’s Cree-ations that makes me more determined to be successful . Thank you so much for taking the time to pull in to order some Fry Bread or a meal when you saw the Tee P*e Food Trailer opened in the past few days located at the Bull Dog Inn and Suites at the corner of Highway 22 and 27 in Sundre. It’s means so much to me just to see your smiley faces and hear your kinds words of support . I missed you all so much ❤️ I am BACK to serve you the same amazing Native Cuisine from my Mobile Tee P*e Food Trailer. I am set up like a Drive -In . I will be located there till I have a Pow wow , Rodeo , Music Festival or other Special Event this summer . Hey Folks , I am back . Now that Spring is finally here . Kokum's Cree-ations is OPEN TODAY in the Mobile Tee P*e Kitchen at the Bulldog Inn and Suites corner of Highway 22 and 27 Sundre . I will be OPEN 6 am to 8 pm daily for Fried Bologna, Fried Spam or Fried Ham Breakfast Sandwiches made with Fresh Fry Bread . Fried Egg on a Bed of Fried Potatoes .
Everything you need to fill that hunger. Indian Tacos , Bannock and Fry Bread, Hot Corn Chowder , Chili , Hamburger Soup , Elk , Bison , Beef , Chicken, Salmon Burgers and Smokies on Fresh cooked Fry Bread . Please come join me . I have missed you all and I look forward to seeing your smiley faces and your continued support. It’s been a long winter and I am back to continue serving my valued customers . Hey folks , I would like to let my valued customers and the community know that Kokum’s Cree-ations will be opening again soon.
I recently auditioned for CBC Dragons Den in Calgary and was requested to do another audition over Zoom at the business in Sundre yesterday. My hopes to help contribute to making Sundre an Indigenous Tourist Destination might come to fruition if I can get the financial support from a Dragon to make it happen .
Presently Sundre has 2 other Indigenous Tourists Attractions. Painted Warriors Ranch and Mahican Trails that offer Tourists Indigenous experiences and teachings . Kokum’s Cree-ations hopes to add that by offering an Indigenous Culinary experience with teachings about our food and culture. I can hopefully one day put up my other Tee p*e in the North Parking lot to offer you all a place to sit and enjoy your meals as well as offer Indigenous Culinary teachings to Tourists and children.
It’s been a learning experience as I work hard to reopen for the Tourist Season my goal is to be open year round with longer hours .
However I will be opening in the Mobile Tee p*e Food trailer next weekend at the Olds College March 24, 25 , and 26th.
This will kick off the season for the Mobile Tee p*e food trailer to go to Pow Wows , Rodeos, Music Festivals and other special events .
It is the mobile Tee p*e kitchen that will allow me the opportunity to make the money needed to hire the staff needed to open again for the Tourist Season .
I am told that I will hear back by April 30 if I make it on the show and will have to fly to Toronto in May to film and make my pitch to the Dragons.
So once again Thank you to this entire community for your continued support and helping me make it this far .
