Hi, my name is Chef Norman Zeledon! I'm an internationally recognized chef that has had the pleasure of working with The Food Network, The Washington Times, The Toronto Star, Taste & Travel magazine, The National Post, East Coast Living, West Jet's UP! magazine, and was executive chef for the restaurant named "Canada's Best Lunch" 2013 and "The Best of Canadian Travel" 2013 - Annie's Table Culinar

y Studio. This is my new food truck in summerside, PEI, specializing in gourmet Atlantic cuisine infused with international influence. I was born in Nicaragua, raised in Costa Rica, and emigrated to Canada in 1989 where I received my Red Seal and formal training in Canadian cuisine for over 7 years. Since then, I have travelled around the world working and receiving advanced culinary training across South-East Asia, Nicaragua, Australia, and Morocco. I am looking to a new adventure: bringing the best from our beautiful Atlantic ocean to the streets of PEI!
