Calahoo Meats Ltd. Alberta-owned since 1973. Family-run, Métis roots, quality meats, and trusted local service. Calahoo Meats was founded in Calahoo, Alberta on February, 1973.

Calahoo Meats started as a small business, with the five Berube brothers, Moe, Felix, Wilfred, Roger, Emile, along with Pete Turner. They operated in an one room shop to process meats from the local butcher to northern camps. Still in our original location of Calahoo, Alberta, they have expanded to include a grocery warehouse for dry goods, fresh produce, dairy lines, and frozen goods. Calahoo Meats continues to process its own line of products including: burgers, salami, pepperoni, garlic & ham sausages, full hams, and cut our own pork and beef products. Here, at Calahoo Meats, we look forward to continued success in serving our customers with the highest quality goods.

The Calahoo Meats Ltd. Fundraiser is officially underway, and every purchase helps support the Parkland Panthers High School Football Program. From premium Alberta beef, burgers, bacon, chicken, jerky, sausages, steaks, perogies, and more, there is something for every family while helping our athletes succeed.

This season, the Panthers are proud to field two high school teams, creating more opportunities for local athletes to play and develop the game we love. With that growth comes significantly increased operating costs, equipment needs, and travel expenses. We are asking our amazing Panthers community to help us continue providing a top-notch football experience for our student-athletes.

You’ll be servicing the Edmonton area and Northern Alberta, delivering quality products to our customers.

What we’re looking for:
• Class 3 licence required
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the shop
• Monday to Friday schedule
• One overnight trip required per week
