The Starlight x Chef Alondra Galvez.
Día de los Mu***os 2026

We can’t wait to welcome Chef Alondra back to our kitchen for a dinner you won’t want to miss.
Expect her traditional Mexican fare, the food you know you love (and miss 😉).
We’re talking tacos (obviously), the salsas to match, and a slew of other faves, rooted in Día de los Mu***os tradition and served in the glow of our ofrenda. The bar’s of course going full agave: tequila, mezcal and a few twists we’re saving for the night.

Fair warning: last time sold out fast. Consider this your cue.
