Well that didn't work out back to the drawing board.

An opportunity came up to purchase an existing cafe in waterloo. How ever I couldn't secure a loan as I don't really have anything for a down payment and the deadline is at the end of the month.

Just had my Business plan looked at and now looking for a location. I expect to be in Stratford quite a bit in the coming months. Still a lot of work to do

Working on Donut recipes and paperwork to get going. Going to be delayed with COVID but hopefully we can open soon. Look forward to meeting all of you
