This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the amazing women who lead, inspire, and make our restaurants better every day. Our owner operator Kerry Prober and supervisor Krysta Tyler set the tone from the top that echoes down through our team of Restaurant Leaders. Team Prober McDonald's always takes good care of us - we got a surprise lunch delivery today of their Frank's RedHot Original McCrispy!

And they really did put it on everything, with the Frank's RedHot Original McCrispy, Original McVeggie, a new Frank's RedHot Hot Honey Dipping Sauce, and a lineup of Frank's RedHot Creamy Garlic McMuffins!

We had the pleasure of hosting a Leadership Foundations Class this weekend!! LFC is the first of many management classes McDonald’s offers as part of our commitment to developing our people. Our students learned things like Emotional Intelligence, behavioral styles, coaching & giving feedback- and so much more. Giving them the skills and tools to use in their management pathway. More importantly we had so much fun! Congrats to this great group of people!!
