Custom wedding cakes and luxury sweet tables. A La carte cake options available via online store. We use organic ingredients whenever possible.

All our cakes and cupcakes are made of fresh, wholesome and quality ingredients and are baked to order. If organic is your preference we make sure that 100% of ingredients come from organic sources. Our cakes and cupcakes are also available in Gluten Free options. All designs are custom made to your specifications. As each cake or set of cupcakes are individually created and customized to your vision, the price can only be determined upon consultation, therefore do not hesitate to contact us for further information and pricing. A high tea themed event at Barangas on the Beach.

I have prepared vanilla and rose donuts, salted caramel French macarons, Earl Grey gourmet rice krispy squares, London Fog mini cakes, beautifully decorated rose themed sugar cookies, vanilla orange tarts, chocolate cake pops and gourmet popcorn. Perfect desserts for an afternoon tea bridal shower.

The wedding cake that almost didn’t happen.
Let me explain.

Jenna came to me with an idea - a fondant wrap cake. Beautiful in its own right, very chic, very elegant and contemporary, and I had a sixth sense that it was completely not her.

We talked about the wedding details, the venue, the feel, the time of the year - that soft, golden light on September afternoon, would have been a full out sun in the middle of the summer. And getting to know Jenna, all I could picture was this cake.

I’ve prepared sketches for Jenna’s consideration and she still went with the fondant wrap as her choice.

Fast forward a few months (she has booked me very early on this year) and I open my mailbox to Jenna’s email - ‘Can we change the design to the floral sketch you’ve prepared for our consideration?’ ‘Hell YES!!! 🙌🏻’ I’ve fist bumped myself reading that email! I knew that this will be a much better choice, but I didn’t want to push. Yesterday was the big day and the cake looked absolutely spectacular in the space - glamorous, yet soft, went amazingly well with the white colour palette and the mismatched heights of table florals.
Fluffy wafer paper flowers on the cake, were a nod to Jenna’s gown.

At what point is the Client to start taking responsibility for their actions? Client behaviour affects other Client’s events. When given every opportunity to pick your cake up on the “most important day of your life” why isn’t that a priority???
Why is the vendor blamed for the victimhood mentality of a person who is not seeing able to act is self-responsibility???

If you’ve worked with me before I would appreciate you cheering me on, because it is heavy to be a punching bag for people who are not self-responsible.
I will appeal this with Google, but I don’t know where it will go. If you are able to report these reviews that would be appreciated as well. Or simply please just leave me a nice note here. I need spiritual support. And spread the word too, these people literally left their names on the reviews, someone out there knows them. Someone knows their true colours. And honestly how can one start a marriage like that? How can you be ready for marriage when you behave in this way?

I make all of the botanicals for my cakes from edible materials. My preferred mediums are gumpaste and wafer paper. It’s really a very therapeutic process, challenging myself to make the blooms as lifelike as possible, petal by petal.

New wafer paper bloom added to my sugar botanicals repertoire. Wafer paper Lunaria.

Ania reached out to me about a last minute engagement cake, boho theme was the inspiration. I knew I needed something that will not only work visually with the boho style, but also at the same time something that does not require a very long drying time. Enter wafer paper Lunaria.

I love it! I think I should use it more often.

When you trust your wedding cake artist, magic happens ✨👌🏻!
Daniel and Megan came to me with their invitation and the bridal bouquet as inspiration. With their wedding reception being held at the Royal Botanical Gardens I leaned into the charm of nature with the sugar flowers, and the wafer paper blossoms appliqué. Wafer paper lace tulle added a delicate texture and a nod to Megan’s wedding gown.
