❤️ WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT COOK ❤️

Running a small business isn't always easy.

The past few months have been full of change, growth, challenges, and a lot of learning. Through it all, our community has continued to support us, and for that I am incredibly grateful.

As we continue to grow, we're looking to add an experienced cook to our team at The Smokin' Barrel.

I'm not looking for just anyone to fill a shift.

I'm looking for someone who takes pride in what they do. Someone who understands that every plate leaving the kitchen represents our business, our reputation, and the experience our guests have when they choose to spend their hard-earned money with us.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're a small independent restaurant. We believe in supporting our people and setting them up for success. At the same time, we're looking for someone who brings experience, confidence, and the ability to handle a busy service while working alongside a team that genuinely cares about one another. The right person needs to be confident, organized, able to work independently, and capable of handling a busy service while maintaining quality and consistency.

More importantly, I'm looking for a good human.

Someone who cares about their teammates.
Someone who shows up.
Someone who wants to be part of building something.

At the end of the day, restaurants are about people. The guests we serve, the staff who work beside us, and the community that supports us.
