Hey everyone! Been neglecting my page for a bit again, keeping busy with summery things 😊 Hope you’re all having fantastic summers as well.

Tried something fun with the new Lemon Burst Cookie Mix 🍋 It is the base for this delicious Rockin’ Raspberry Cheesecake! I followed the prep instructions on the box, spread in the glass dish, baked at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until the edges were just turning brown. Next time I would use a 9 inch square pan to make this base a little thinner as it did overwhelm the dessert a bit and was a little doughy in the centre. The combo was excellent and I would definitely try this again with the Blackberry Cheesecake Mix!
