It is also time to go back to the Stone Age……. Because the Dinosaur Bones are back! Slow roasted with our Perth County Prime Rib….. cut off with a little extra meat. Slow roasted again with Apple Butter BBQ sauce with a little smoke added. Add local sweet corn, add local roasted garlic scape, fresh cut fries and house made slaw……. If you’ve had it before you’re going to want to get it again. If you haven’t had it at all? You need to, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t

I would like to give a very warm welcome to JordanMcAuslan to the PerthStone Team! And his dad! Just joking, the little man is his son Harland who loves to cook with his dad. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. I have worked with him before and am fully confident that you will love his food and energy the way I do!

Let’s have tacos for dinner!!! Today’s line up is in the picture! Welcome back from a great long weekend!
Over the last week we’ve added more local artists art to the restaurant and they are stunning! Remember 1/2 price wine bottles on Wednesday! Burgers n beer Thursday, fish n chips Friday! And Optimus prime Saturday Sunday!
I will be trying some new desserts with seasonal offerings this week
With a lemoccelo cherry/blueberry tiramisu and a peach & blueberry cobbler ! Both start tomorrow! I will also be offering features based on my country road meandering to various farm stands in the area every week as well!

Good morning everyone! Well, I’ve almost made it thru hobbling along! Reminder we are only open from 11-2 4:30-7:30 and closed for the rest of the weekend to try and recover!
Fish n Chips Friday today as per usual with no take out fish and only one pc orders in dining room as we have a limited amount of fish today!
We hope everyone has a great long weekend and we will see everyone for Tuesday!
Just want to give Meg Smith a major shout out for wrapping my ankle professionally (not my hack job) to get me thru this week. Meg reached out to me when I posted earlier this week and kindly offered her services at Stonetown Physiotherepy. This is exactly why St. Marys is the best community to live in! After an amazing weekend with Heritage Festival we couldn’t be more grateful!
Unfortunately on Monday, Millie one of my dog had other plans for me and took me out literally at the knees! I rolled my ankle pretty bad and tried to open yesterday but could not. We are open today, tomorrow and Friday 11-2, 4:30-7:30. We are closed this weekend for the long weekend to do normal people things and back open Tuesday! Also, good to know and grateful that I have hired my sous chef who starts August 10th. An excellent chef with whom I have worked with before and can trust to do things in the kitchen exactly like me! Looking forward to a great rest of summer! Thanks again for the amazing support, we are here because of you and are eternally grateful!
