Earlier this month, was grateful to work with the Newfoundland and Labrador Anti-Poverty Coalition to host a roundtable discussion at on 142 Military Road 🌼

This Coalition is committed to poverty reduction across Newfoundland and Labrador. Its members consist of community organizations that work across various areas around the province, focused on improving access to housing, childcare, and food, as well as advancing social and economic justice. We’re thankful for the invaluable knowledge and insights that were shared throughout the discussions 💫

A sincere thank you to all the groups and individuals who joined us for this event, and who remain committed to this ongoing and important work 💕

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've decided to reschedule tonight's Brasserie birthday celebration. Please save the (new) date: Tuesday, May 19 💫

We're eager to welcome folks into our space to recognize all of the successes of the past year, and to celebrate as we take new steps forward for our space here at 142 Military Road. There's a lot more info to come about our future plans for the space, and we're feeling over the moon about the next chapter 🌙

Thank you to everyone who’s booked a table or sent kind messages about this next chapter 🤍

We’re one week away from our Showcase & Celebration on May 13th, and we’re excited to share the menu, featuring favourite dishes from both the Hungry Heart Cafe & Catering and Stella’s Brasserie.

We’ll also have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks (including a feature mocktail), plus beer and wine.

There are still a few spots left. Call or DM to reserve with your preferred time (between 5 & 8pm), number of guests, and contact info.
