We’ve been wanting to do this for a while, and our first FILI Member Social is officially happening!

No workout. No rushing out after class. Just an evening to hang out, meet more of the people you share this little space with, and celebrate the community that makes FILI feel like FILI.

We’ll have snacks + refreshments, a charm bracelet station, and plenty of time to mingle 🤍

Come solo or bring your FILI buddy. We’d love to have you there.

FILI STRENGTH is getting a fall upgrade at FILI!

The class that you know and love is evolving with new class focuses to bring you more balance starting on October 13th.

Each class focus will be listed in the class title on our schedule so you have all the options 🤍

Expect the same circuit style approach just with an added focus to keep our classes dynamic and challenging ✨

Saturday — FULL BODY
Sunday — FULL BODY
Monday — FULL BODY

Tuesday — UPPER BODY 💪

Wednesday — FULL BODY

Thursday — LOWER BODY 🦵🏻

Friday — FULL BODY

Expect FULL BODY classes to have a balanced program with core, upper body and lower body combined :)

Move & Mingle is happening again this October, with FILI CORE, charm bracelets, snacks, and time to hang out with a few new faces.

Come with a friend or come solo. Either way, it’s an easy excuse to get out, do something fun, and spend an evening with the FILI community 🤍

MOVE & MINGLE RECAP ✨

Our September Move and Mingle event was our biggest group yet! What a fun Saturday evening bringing some new faces together for a fun evening of movement and bracelet making :)

A huge shoutout to our lovely new Squamish gals rachhh and Johanna — these two gals moved to Squamish just under a week ago and came out the evening with some new pals and of course a new bracelet 🤍

Our next event is already pencilled in for October! More to come soon and we can’t wait to do it again!

Come spend the afternoon with us and bring along a few pieces from your closet that are ready for a new home.

Refresh your wardrobe, pass along pieces you’ve loved, and hopefully head home with a few new-to-you favourites from the swap.

The café will be open too, so grab a coffee + bagel and make an afternoon of it.

The event is free, but tickets are required as spots are limited.
