Gurajanpreet joined our HVAC team in April of this year and has quickly become a valuable part of the crew. From day one, he has shown a strong willingness to learn, consistently takes direction well, and is always ready to step in and help where needed.

He is a fast learner who is steadily building his skills and confidence in the field. Gurajanpreet’s work ethic and eagerness to grow have not gone unnoticed.

Another successful project completed! 👏

We’re proud to showcase this impressive mixed-use development in North Vancouver, featuring both residential units and commercial office spaces.

In these photos you’ll see several key mechanical systems that help keep the building running efficiently:

🔹 The large white piping is the domestic hot water system, providing reliable hot water throughout the building.

🔹 The black and orange piping is the hydronic heating and cooling system, with energy supplied by Lonsdale Energy Corporation, delivering efficient and sustainable comfort year-round.

🔹 Also featured are the water entry room and the LEC (Lonsdale Energy Corporation) room, critical components of the building’s infrastructure.

Projects of this scale require careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail, and we’re incredibly proud of the work our team delivered from start to finish.

New Era Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is looking for a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic / HVAC Technician to join our team in Squamish, BC.

Requirements
Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family construction is an asset

Duties
Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Complete equipment start-ups and commissioning
Follow company safety procedures and standards
Work closely with project managers and site crews to complete projects efficiently
