New this winter: Authentic Belgian waffles, made by a Belgian. We offer many diet-inclusive options, to ensure a positive experience for all Our Gelatto and Sorbetto are made using traditional recipes and ingredients, as well as local and seasonal produce. You can choose among 24 flavours on any day, including many gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. We offer traditional Liège and Bruxelles waffles, as well as a Bruxelles-style gluten free and vegan waffle, made by our Belgian chef, in traditional irons.
