Yesterday was International Youth Day. Over the course of this week, we are going to post some interviews we've done with some of our workers. Take some time to get to know them a little bit. First off we have Maiya O from our Glastonbury locatio. So, let's get to know Maiya a little bit.
Maiya is 15 years old, currently in Grade 10, and her favorite subject in school is Math.
Maiya is the youngest among the Glastonbury family, and she has been with us since May of 2024. She is one of our Guest Experience Leaders, and proud to say, has always been given great feedback from guests because of her prompt service and good interaction with them. Maiya loves talking with her co-employees as she gains lessons from their life experiences.
During her spare time, she loves hanging out with friends and family. Bonding time with them includes as simple as watching tv, or a walk in Downtown.
Maiya misses being carefree as a child. As she is now a teenager, she is more cautious on how she acts and the way she speaks, especially when around people older than her, or with authority.
