After yesterday’s weather roller coaster, we’ve decided to celebrate Weather Wednesday instead of Wine Wednesday. Some people need a nap. Some people need a vacation. Some people need Greek coffee. Strong enough to get your attention but smooth enough to keep you coming back, Greek coffee has been the secret weapon of Yiayiás for generations. After all, nobody raised a family, ran a household and still had time to make sure everyone was fed, accounted for and slightly overfed without it.
