Ok folks! This is your last post from me, as the Duffy's contact for this page.

I'm handing over page reins to the new owners. They'll have all the answers you are looking for :)

But before I go, I want to say one last THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM of my heart!! To all you wonderful, thoughtful, generous, supportive, embracing and loving folks, I will miss you so much. This is not goodbye, it is a farewell and you'll see me around....I'm not going far :)

I'll leave you with some of my fav LIVE MUSIC memories here....each and every live music event here at Duffy's blew my socks off. So much local talent to be proud off. I felt incredibly honoured to play a small part in showcasing these incredible artists. I don't know about you, but I'll be first in line when we can see live music in person again. Meet you there!!

Happy Monday everybody!

Let's "visit" Duffy's ever popular OPEN MIC nights 🎤. It all started organically and eventually became a weekly Thursday event. Our host (with the most!) George Ensing, and his amazing talented friends, created such a welcoming and entertaining space for all musicians who graced our stage. We had many guest hosts as well, and you never knew where the night would take you. I'll miss this most of all!

What a beautiful day!

Here's a little visual visit of our "Summer Staff Thank You Parties"....we had one end of every season and my god they were a hoot! I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Duffy's STAFF completely ruled! They were the most dedicated, honourable, hard-working, fun loving group of people. They all have a place in my heart...always!

We had "The Duffies" award ceremony with silly certificates and prizes. We had "Beach Olympics" and end it all with an appreciation dinner and drinks for all. Such amazing memories...please enjoy a little preview here :)

Hi again! As promised I’ll start a series of Duffy’s memories through pictures I’ve taken throughout the years. So many amazing memories!! I’ll start today with a series dedicated to my super OUTSTANDING and ever DEDICATED staff. When the decision was made to buy and run a restaurant, way back in 2009, it never occurred to me that there would be a built in love fest that is the Duffy’s team ❤️ While our line-up did change slightly, year to year, we always had so much fun! My heart is so touched and I feel so honoured to have met and and have worked with such wonderful people. I’ll miss YOU all but I’ll miss my TEAM most of all.

Please keep sharing your memories of Duffy's. Post pics or write a memory and I'll include them in a scrapbook I'm making. I'll pull names to see who wins this week's Duffy's Tee :)
