Today is our last weekend this year! So come out and sample our authentic Apple Fritters…. if you’ve already had them then you already know. But for the first timer… we take a crisp ring of Granny Smith apple 🍏 and dip it in batter, fry it up, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Yum! If you don’t want to eat right away… they warm up perfectly in an air fryer at home. It’s the perfect grab to walk around the market with so we’ll see you here!

🍏 SURPRISE! BV APPLE FRITTERS IS BACK FOR A LIMITED TIME! 🍏

We had planned to sit this season out due to being away—but we've adjusted our plans to be able to pop up at the Bulkley Valley Farmers' Market for the next TWO SATURDAYS only!

This Saturday Sept 12 & next Saturday Sept 19th.

This is a very limited return. If you’ve been missing your fritter fix, this is your chance!

BUT... we need your help! Please help us spread the word, share, repost—and tell us: who’s excited to see BV Apple Fritters back at the market? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Hey friends ❤️

You may have noticed we weren’t at the opening market day this past weekend, and after a lot of thought and looking at the months ahead, we’ve made the difficult decision to sit out the 2026 farmers market season for BV Apple Fritters.

Between our current work schedules, being away for two family weddings, and a special 30th anniversary trip this summer, we would only be able to attend a small handful of markets. Unfortunately, our ingredients and prep don’t lend themselves well to such a limited run — and we always want to show up consistently and do it well. This year, we just wouldn’t be able to give it what it deserves.

That said… this is not goodbye. Not even close. ❤️

We’re so grateful for the support, encouragement, and excitement so many of you have already shared about us coming back. It truly means a lot. BV Apple Fritters has been such a special part of our lives, and we fully intend for it to be again — just not this season.

We’re already looking ahead, and with more help lined up, we’re really looking forward to being back and seeing everyone next season.

Thanks for cheering us on and being part of this with us ❤️

🎡 Heading to BVX this weekend?
Start your day at the Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market and grab some of our famous hot apple fritters before heading to the fair! 🍏✨

We’ve found this works best every year — the fritters are fresh, the lines are short, and you’ll head into BVX with the perfect fair-day treat in hand (if they make it there 😉😋)

📍 Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market (Museum Parking Lot Smithers)
🕗 Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm

Fair day isn’t complete without fritters. 💚
