FAQ: What’s the difference between your new bags? 🤔
If you’ve been around the Cafe/online store lately, you may have noticed that we now have both 354g & 227g bags (in addition to our 4oz, 2lb and 5lb bags).
We wanted to take a moment to explain this change and what it means to you and the producers of the coffee’s we work with.
The 227g bags will be used for our limited release, small-lot coffees, helping us keep prices in a range you’re used to while still sourcing exceptional coffees and supporting the producers behind them. Green coffee costs have risen a lot over the past 18 months, and this helps us continue to support our producing partners without compromising quality. Coffees in these bags will be lighter, fruiter coffees that are fun and adventurous 🍓🫐
The classic 354g bags will continue to be for our mainstay, household coffees that you have grown to know and love. For these coffees, think Chocolatey, Nutty notes that you love in a classic coffee! 🍫 🌰
