RENO UPDATE! 🛠️✨ It’s got some seriously good bones, and things are coming together!

Here’s a look at what went down at the new shop:

🧊 Storage Fridges Delivered! (Yes, they received full bear-hugs upon arrival. We’re that excited for proper cold storage!)

🚜 The Great Mixer Migration: We literally carted our trusty 1970s vintage Hobart mixer all the way across town on a hand dolly. It was a full workout, but she made it safely to her new home!

🔪 Prep Station Upgrades: Ordered 3 more stainless steel prep tables, plus a super cute mobile table on casters for ultimate workflow flexibility.

✨ The Front Display: Our 3ft display case is set up in the front and looking gorgeous against those sunny yellow walls—we can already picture it packed full of your favorite allergy-safe goodies! 🧁

Ooooohhhh it’s getting so real and exciting! Every piece of equipment brought in brings us one step closer to opening the doors at 109 Adeline St. We can't wait to see you! 💛

Not every day is spent creating... sometimes it’s sitting in a sea of paper receipts, questioning every organizational choice made over the last six months!

We’re going to miss your smiling faces over the next 14 days, but we have big news: the contractors have officially wrapped up their part of the buildout! 🎉

Now, the paintbrush (and hammer, and tape measure) is in our hands. For the next 2 weeks, we’re stepping away to get our storefront completely rockin' and rollin'.

Here’s what’s on our non-stop task list before we can open the doors:

💰 Buy freezers, small equipment, storage bins, trays, pans and more!

🛒 Assembling and placing all our shelving & tables

🖼️ Setting up bakery displays & hanging our official signage

🎨 Touching up every wall, corner, and detail until it shines

We are still full steam ahead shooting for a September Grand Opening, so it’s crunch time to make it happen!

We decided no market today. Of course, it poured here and looked beautiful in Thornbury 😉 whoops..... So we decided to make it a delivery day! 🚚✨

We popped over to restock our wonderful friends at RGS & Kitchen . If you didn't know already, they carry the absolute best selection of Shine treats outside of the market! 🧁💛 You’ll find almost our entire lineup stocked on their shelves, including plenty of samplers, full-size variety packs, and yes—even our cinnamon buns and bagels!
