This week marks our final tasting menu of the season, and we couldn’t imagine a better way to close it out than with a 7-course Japanese tasting experience. Japanese dining culture has influenced restaurants and bars around the world through its incredible attention to detail, balance, craftsmanship, and respect for the guest experience — values that continue to inspire us every day.
In our kitchen, every slice is prepared using our chef’s treasured Japanese knives, while behind the bar our cocktails are crafted with Japanese shakers designed with the same level of precision and care.
For our final tasting menu before the season changes, we invite you to slow down, settle in, and experience a night built around thoughtful cooking, Sake-Yuzu cocktails, and the artistry behind every course. Reservations recommended.
