Thank you to everyone who joined for supper this evening! We hope you enjoyed it. Supper was a couscous pilaf with roasted turkey breast, freshly diced peppers, roasted leeks, and sugar peas, dried cranberries, with a garlicy carrot puree. Thank you to Jackie for making the delicious rhubarb crisp for dessert (served à la mode). Thank you to all the volunteers who helped today.

Thank you to all the amazing volunteers at Soup Haus! Without you, all of this would be impossible. 

Thank you to all of our guests, we hope you enjoyed supper. Dinner was roasted cabbage, celery, onions, and mushrooms with skillet sautéed ground beef, in beef broth, served with rice, followed by a homemade apple hand pie à la mode with caramel and ice cream.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our vegetarian platter supper last night! I was so happy to serve seconds and a few thirds! Supper was: homemade hummus topped with fenugreek, black cumin seeds, paprika, crumbled feta, and za’atar infused olive-avocado oil, tapenade of minced olives with roasted peppers & cashews, middle eastern salad: lentils with parsley, onion, lime juice, and cous cous topped with crunchy fried onions, served with tomato, fresh, lemon wedges, and cucumber. Dessert was a homemade pumpkin seed, honey & rosewater baklava. 

It was my absolute pleasure to cook this for you. 🙏🏼 

Thank you to Sky Ridge Clydesdales for donating 8 dozen eggs for the giving table. Thank you to the anonymous donor for the monetary donation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for supper. Welcome to all the new guests who joined us as well! It was lovely to meet you. We look forward to serving you again soon. We hope you enjoyed the meal. Supper was prime rib roast au jus, steamed carrots shredded with maple syrup and butter, roasted & smashed potatoes, sautéed onions, fresh garlic topped biscuit, and barbeque tomato beans.  Dessert was a vanilla sponge cake with a fresh pineapple cream cheese drizzle. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the meal. And thank you to the volunteers, Daniel, Roxton, Kimberly, and Trenton. You were all fantastic. 🩵 Have a wonderful long weekend!
