I’ve missed doing little videos like this! Taking it back to the beginning — just me and Chef Ian in the kitchen, cooking, laughing, setting up and giving the good ol’ CTI thumbs up. 👍🏽😂

When CTI started, the heart behind it was simple: feed our community good food. Homemade, healthy, hearty meals — the kind of food Grandma would make. Food that fills your belly, feels familiar and is made with care. 🥘❤️

And through all the growth, busy days, big events and everything we’ve learned along the way, that part hasn’t changed.

I’m so thankful that our community continues to trust CTI to feed you, your families, your Elders, your meetings and your gatherings. Every single order allows us to keep doing something we genuinely love.

🤎🎨 Okay… we’re taking a tiny moment for some CTI bragging rights.

We are incredibly honoured to share that CTI Catering has been entrusted with catering TWO nights of the Sechelt Arts Festival.

When we started this little company, we dreamed about where food might take us — the tables we’d get to feed, the people we’d meet and the community moments we might someday get to stand beside.

This is one of those moments. 🥹🤎

To have our little CTI crew preparing food alongside an event filled with such incredible artists, storytellers and community members is genuinely a dream come true.

And seeing people we love and admire represented within this Festival makes it even more special.

We’re proud. We’re grateful. And okay… we’re going to brag about this one just a little bit. 😂

Thank you Sechelt Arts Festival for trusting CTI to be part of something so special.

HEY NEIGHBOURS… WE HIT 10K!!!! 😭🔥🏆

Our FIRST EVER 10K post — and there was absolutely no way I could make this reel without getting emotional. 😂😭

Yesterday we asked if the CTI Community could help push our Gather & Graze concession post across the finish line… and WOW, did you ever show up.

You shared it. You tagged your friends. You posted it in community groups. You commented. You hyped us up. Some of you shared it over and over and OVER again. 😂📣❤️

What started as a little challenge turned into one of those moments that reminded me exactly why we say:
