From simple ingredients to something really special. ✨

No long ingredient list, no shortcuts. Just fresh, homemade, creamy ricotta.

It takes more time, but that’s a choice we’re happy to make. Because what goes inside our ravioli matters just as much as the pasta around it.

From the filling to the pasta dough, our ravioli are 100% made from scratch — and that’s something we’re really proud of. 💛

How is it September already? 🫣💛

This summer felt like one long, beautiful blur 💫

We were so honored to be invited by One Straw Society to be part of Tiny Farm, Big Table — a beautiful evening of food, community and a cause that truly matters to us.

Then came a wedding! Being trusted to bring our food to such a special day meant a lot to us. We created a colourful Mediterranean-inspired buffet, full of fresh ingredients, herbs 🌿 and, as always, everything made from scratch.

And in between it all? Our Saturdays Sechelt Farmers' Market — making, packing and serving our fresh pasta week after week. 🍝

To everyone who stopped by our stand, came back for more, or trusted us with an event — Grazie mille 💛

We’re not done yet! You’ll still find us at the Sechelt Farmers Market every Saturday until the end of the season.

And while summer is winding down, a few new ideas are already finding their way into our kitchen for fall… 👀💛
