* Yes, we do make gluten-free dough here in our Wilson Creek Plaza shop. To avoid cross-contamination, we make our wheat (gluten-based) dough at our commissary up the hill amd bring down pre-formed dough balls with which to make pizzas.
The gluten-free dough is a small batch thing, so please call ahead to make sure we have enough on hand to prepare your request.
Keep in mind cross-contamination can happen, even though we take every precaution to ensure it won't :)
