Today we having for dinner salt mackerel, boil dumplings, boiling banana, sweet yam, yellow yam, White yam, sweet potato, dasheen, Renta yam, this is how we do it in Jamaica.
Cook up "salt mackerel" it's a Jamaican dish you can eat for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Good evening God's wonderful peoole, Tonight I have tried something different, I made a mixed juice made up of Pineapple, Apple, June Plum, Sorrel....and don't even think I forgot about Ginger😁😁
