This is how I make my Laing- with fresh Taro leaves. A tradition I learned from reminiscing my Mom’s cooking when I was young. Now am cooking same way for my family and they like it. Am from Bulacan— I realized Bicol folks cooked with dry leaves. I adapted to it too.

Does anyone cook the way I do or even with fresh taro leaves? Please..Tell me in the comment…Am curious.

Souvlaki/ Shish kebab, a Greek bbq - that’s my family/clan ‘s fave.. since I started learning/exploring cooking it.
For some reason I developed an attraction to this Greek food even before we travelled all around Greece. I have to ask my hubby’s Greek best friend and co-worker then for the recipe as I know his family are good cook. I have to ask many people before cell phone days how to make Greek salad to begin with. Then the souvlaki and tzatziki. I think I have perfected these through the years of leveling it up. I could say that although I am not a Greek..these food no longer sound Greek to me anymore and can proudly say I can make authentic Greek salad and Souvlaki. I am happily sharing it and if you wish to order let me know. And you tell me!
