Day 4: Guess our new menu!

It's Phở Bò, definitely a dish cannot be missing on our menu!

The rare beef we serve is made with flank steak, and is cooked with finely crushed ginger to provide great flavor and tenderness. We use beef short ribs and spices to make our broth, which has minimal fat and full beef flavor.

With this dish, we serve rice with shredded pork belly, garlic pork rind, marinated soft boiled eggs, and of course, CHOI's fish sauce.

It's time to reveal our next dish — Phở Gà Khô 🥰

The Phở gà khô is served with a hot, warm soup.

This dish is so unique because it is made up of many individual ingredients to maximize the fragrance and taste. The combination of flavours and soup on the side warms your belly like nothing else.

If you guessed Phở Gà, then you are absolutely correct!

It is topped with shredded chicken, onion, green onion, and lime leaves. Finished with Choi special chicken broth, which is made up of chicken with more firm texture, and infused with kaffir lime leaves for a fragrant touch.
