Meet the new Cafit Cafe.

Over the past few months we’ve been working behind the scenes to create a brand that better reflects who we are today and where we’re headed.

While our look is changing, our mission remains the same:

providing fresh, delicious, and healthy options for our YMCA community and beyond.

This is just the beginning.

A fresh look. Same healthy mission.

There’s more behind our new look than just beautiful colours.

Every shade in our new palette was chosen with intention because we wanted our brand to reflect the experience we hope you have every time you visit Cafit.

We were honoured to cater this week’s YMCA event! 💚

At Cafit Cafe, we love bringing fresh, delicious food to the community, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support the YMCA and the amazing work they do.

This event also marks an exciting milestone for us as Cafit Cafe is now offering catering for meetings, workplace lunches, community events, celebrations, and more.

Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a larger event, we’d love to help make it easy with fresh, wholesome food everyone can enjoy.

Thank you to the YMCA for trusting us. We’re excited for many more opportunities to serve our community together!

🍒 Cherry season is here, and there's no better time to enjoy them at their peak!

To celebrate, we've created our Seasonal Cherry Chocolate Smoothie - a delicious blend of sweet cherries and rich cacao that's as satisfying as it is refreshing.

Looking to refuel after your workout? Add a scoop of protein to help support muscle recovery and make your smoothie even more nourishing. It's a simple way to enjoy the flavours of the season while giving your body what it needs.

Available for a limited time only, stop by Cafit Cafe and taste cherry season before it's gone! 🍫💪
