Baking By Cookie I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself! For those that don’t know me, my name is Christine and I am the owner of Baking by Cookie.

Where did that name come from? Baking with my grandma! I don’t ever remember her calling me anything but Cookie! I’m a mom to two incredible boys and married to the most supportive man in the world! I’ve been in business for seven years. It all started when my family lived in Sudbury and I had a Christmas cookie exchange, I thought Gingerbread biscotti would be delicious! We moved to the Sault in

2011 and I became involved in the PTA at my boys school, planning and baking for events.

My menu includes over 15 flavors of soft biscotti‘s, not the traditional hard ones. I also make a variety of yummy scones, delicious cookies, huge stuffed cookies, assorted loaves, mini/baby bundt cakes and fudge! I love trying new recipes to add to my menu! I hope I get the opportunity to bake for you one day. Open for all occasions or no occasion at all!

🍪🎉 AFTER 10 YEARS, WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS! 🎉🍪

After 10 years of baking from my home and making thousands upon thousands of cookies, we have officially purchased a commercial building for Baking by Cookie! 🥹❤️

We honestly couldn’t be happier or more excited for this next chapter!

For the first few months, we’ll be using the space strictly for baking and as our new pickup location. Then, come spring, we’ll open a little bakery where you can stop in and grab all your favourite Baking by Cookie treats! 🍪

And the location couldn’t be more convenient! We’re very centrally located, just off Great Northern Road on Poplar Avenue. 📍

This dream could never have happened without the incredible support from this amazing community. Every order, every share, every recommendation and every person who has supported Baking by Cookie over the years has helped get us here.

From baking in my kitchen for the past 10 years to having our very own commercial space… I still can’t believe this is actually happening! 🥹

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make this dream a reality. ❤️
