Last week we had the honour of hosting students from Sault College’s Fitness and Health Promotion Program. As part of their heathy eating unit, they participated in a cooking class led by Chef Sal and Maria, then enjoyed a beautiful sit-down meal following guidelines from Canada’s Food Guide. We are grateful that we were able to share our love of food with these amazing students! Sault College
