Functional Mushrooms: Wellness from the Ground Up
With Yarrow Willard Cl.H. (Herbal Jedi)

Functional mushrooms have captured the world’s attention, but their true story goes far beyond the latest wellness trend.
Join Master Herbalist and mushroom educator Yarrow Willard (The Herbal Jedi) for an inspiring keynote exploring the remarkable world of medicinal fungi, where ancient wisdom meets modern science.
Together we’ll journey beneath the forest floor into the hidden intelligence of the “Wood Wide Web” and discover what mushrooms can teach us about resilience, reciprocity, regeneration, and our own interconnected nature.
In this engaging presentation, you’ll explore:
* The latest research on medicinal mushrooms and human health
* How functional mushrooms support healthy aging, cognition, immunity, stress resilience, and vitality
* The traditional healing systems and modern clinical evidence behind these remarkable organisms
* The hidden world of mycelium, and the intelligence that fungal networks offer for living systems, including ourselves
* How to identify high-quality mushroom supplements and avoid common marketing pitfalls

Whether you’re completely new to mushrooms or have already begun your journey with them, you’ll leave with practical knowledge, a renewed sense of wonder, and a deeper appreciation for the fungi quietly shaping life beneath our feet.
Because sometimes the greatest teachers aren’t found in books... they’re growing beneath the forest floor.
