We’re excited to introduce the newest member (Version 1) of the Noodle Family at The Wok Asian Restaurant: "Vietnamese Dry Noodles with Char Siu (Mì Khô Xá Xíu)!"

This popular and flavorful dish from Vietnam is especially enjoyed for breakfast or lunch. Unlike traditional noodle soups, this dish is served dry—meaning the noodles are tossed in a savory sauce instead of being served in broth. It's topped with tender, caramelized char siu pork (xá xíu), shrimps, wontons, fresh herbs, and crispy fried shallots, and is often accompanied by a small bowl of light soup on the side.
