☀️🦀 Today’s lunch feature is a Crab Cake Smash Burger! Savoury crab cakes smashed on the grill, piled onto a buttery, toasted brioche bun, topped with crisp lettuce, sweet corn salsa, and finished with a spicy remoulade made with local favourite Thanks Hot Sauce.
