World Su***de Prevention Day is Thursday, Sept 10th.

From September 8–11, we’re proud to be joining projectmentalwellness and local businesses across Sarnia-Lambton for Things We Should Say, a community-wide campaign in recognition of World Su***de Prevention Day.

We know some conversations aren’t easy, but a simple check-in can mean more than we realize. This week, we’ll be pouring two little reminders to say more, listen closer, and make room for the honest answer.
