FYI — we’re taking an unexpected little long weekend ⚡️

BC Hydro has a planned power outage right in the middle of our usual overnight baking hours… when we’d be mixing, proofing, and baking.
No mixers, no proofer, no ovens — no early morning goodies for Monday 😢

We’ll be back bright and early Tuesday, fully caffeinated and stocked with all your favourites.
