We’re excited to welcome Valerie, our new Chef at The Hideaway Public House!

With many years of experience in Salmon Arm kitchens, Valerie brings plenty of talent, passion, and fresh ideas to our culinary team — and we’re excited to step things up a notch!

One of her specialties? Cheesecake made completely from scratch. And trust us, if you’re a cheesecake fan, this one belongs on your bucket list. It’s absolutely delicious!
