I think BC citizen should Thank me because I washed my car yesterday. Then after my car had been washed, it was heavy rain and thunder, today it is raining again. Hahhaa! I am definitely the rain god lol 😜🫣😬🤗❤️

I have 11 acres in town Salmon Arm, BC. The land close to everything and in the best school catchment area. Bastion elementary school French Immersion program and Salmon Arm Secondary School SAS are close within 10-15 minutes walk.

The land has 40 Italian Plum trees, few thousand lavender seedlings, 300 peonies plants, just planted about 300 Thuja Excelsa and Emerald Cedar seedlings around the land ( may need at least 5 years to be the mutual trees), a lot of David Austin Roses bushes and climbing, about 12 Magnolia trees and so many other trees and flowers

This year I threw few kilograms Cosmos and Zinia seeds out in the field.

I want to develop a Flowers farm.

There is only one dwelling in the land that is 4 beds, 2 baths, new windows, new kitchens (main and basement)

This land allows to have 2 dwellings and the new one can be built up to 5000sqf.

I have few options that you may choose:

1. co- ownership. You may choose the half with house and 5.5 arces at $1,2 millions or land only 5.5 arces that included the orchard (40 plum trees) and few thousand Lavender seedlings at $600k

2. Rent the basement 2 beds 1 bath at 1,800/month and half of the land at 200/month total 2000/month.

3. Rent only basement at $1,800/ month and cooperate with me to develop the flowers farm. The revenue can be divide at our discuss later.

4. Rent all the house and land at 5,000/month

5. Buy the house at 1,8 millions.
