🥩🔥 We're cooking up a beauty this Father's Day at Junction Eatery! 🔥🥩

After a day of exploring the Kootenays, cruising the backroads, hitting the lake, riding the trails, or just enjoying the sunshine, pull up a chair and let us do the cooking.

Bring Dad, bring the family, bring your appetite.

This Sunday starting at 4 PM, we're serving up slow-roasted Alberta Beef, seasoned to perfection and roasted low and slow until it's tender, juicy, and packed with rich beef flavor.

The kind of meal that makes you slow down, grab another pint, and enjoy good company around the table.

☀️ And yes... our back patio is OPEN & LICENSED!

⚡️ YES WE'RE OPEN TODAY! ⚡️
The storm gave it its best shot, but we got the generators fired up just in time to save our bacon... literally! 🥓
The coolers stayed cold, the burgers survived, and our chef didn't have to explain why everything on the menu suddenly tasted like canned beans.

🍔 TODAY'S SPECIAL 🍔
Junction Burger OR Smash Burger ➕ Side ➕ Beverage
💥 $25 💥

We're still missing a few menu items, but overall we're in great shape and ready to serve.

Thanks for all the support. We appreciate every one of you.

🌲🪓 WANTED: OLD TRUCK WITH MORE STORIES THAN YOUR UNCLE AFTER 3 BEERS 🪓🌲

The Junction is on the hunt for a back patio yard-art project truck—
and not just any shiny pavement princess…

We’re talkin’ rusty, crusty, hard-workin’, seen-some-things kinda rig.
Bonus points if it hauled logs, broke down twice a week, and still fired up outta pure stubbornness.

📍 Starting local—Salmo area first!
We’d love something with real history… a truck that’s earned its dents and can still turn heads (even if it’s sittin’ still).

Plan is to give it a second life as a patio legend—
somethin’ folks can admire while kickin’ back with a cold one 🍻

If you’ve got an old beast sittin’ in the bush, behind the shop, or “you swear you’ll fix one day”…
👉 Send us a message!

Let’s drag that ol’ girl back into the spotlight where she belongs.
