We're testing the pizza-waters with plant-based mozzarella-style shreds on Cindy's frozen pizzas. Same sourdough & wood-fired & locally inspired 'zas, just without the cheese.

A few will be at Burkes Produce Market - Mark & Daynna , the Horton Market and the pizzeria this weekend. Just Bee Stings for now, and just a limited supply. Regular Bee's will be available as usual.

The weather held up today (mostly), until it was time to pack up. We were grateful for another great turnout but I didn't get any pics so here is some corn and garlic from my garden.

Pizza returns in a few short days ( and Summer Delight #3....probably with corn 🫠.)

Rainy Day Saturday - The Horton Farmers' Market runs rain or shine. Thank goodness for pavilions!

This week for Cindy's Frozens we've restocked Hot & Peachy, but we used Thai basil instead of the usual.

A few sourdough waffles, a few Italian Mennonite, Yada yada yada 🫠.

See you Horton Market from 8am til noon then back at the pizzeria from 430-9.
