Carman’s Diner will be closing at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 16th so members of our team can celebrate a coworker’s birthday and attend the Grand March to support another member of our Carman’s family.

According to local lore, a fire destroyed the original building and Carman Hossack rebuilt the one that stands today. Luckily for us we're still thriving.

A tip of the hat goes to both of these entrepreneurs, Bert and Carman, for creating a lasting legacy that remains part of the landscape of St. Stephen, New Brunswick.
