Yes our Nest building is for sale.
But we aren’t planning on leaving.

But wanted to put some options out there into the universe… in case someone is sitting on the fence.

Options:
1. We sell the building to a buyer who has no interest in a cafe/coffee shop and we find a new location in St. Paul.

2. Someone is interested in opening a cafe at our location can look at franchising with us and buying out our store. They can book a franchise discovery call. The Nest Cafe & Boutique

3. Our building doesn’t sell so we stay put.

A this point we are just releasing all the options and honouring what comes to the table.

Thanks for all your support, conversations and interest 🙏🏼
Stay tuned.

We wanted to take a moment to highlight one of our menu items: Our Protein Balls.

A common question we have is about the protein sources and let us take a moment to highlight the Nest whole ingredient nutrition.

And even though western culture conditioning has a belief that protein would suggest an alternate source such as a protein powder, we believe in whole nutrition- right from the source.

We use a combination of seed butters, h**p hearts, chia seeds, oats, nuts and seeds as your sources of protein alongside healthy fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals that are naturally occurring in these foods in the real form.

Because nourishing our bodies isn't always about adding more to our food, it's soaking up the benefits of real, whole foods.
