Some of y'all have already tried our new and improved Philly Cheesesteak and the reviews are in: she's back and better than ever!

We purchased a meat slicer so our Deli " steak" is shaved ssooooooo thinly. We sautéed that up with peppers, onions & gravy and top it with cheese and load it into a semolina sub bun slathered with dijon aioli. Messiness: 7/10. Tastiness: 12/10
