Noah's Kitchen A Chinese mama's cooking! The story of Noah's Kitchen begins over 30 years ago in my home in Dalian, China. It's part of what makes a house a home.

As a child, we all get to form a bond with the smells and flavors of home-cooked meals. It brings back traditions and memories of family and friends and binds us, through that joy, to are roots. When I came to Canada, I knew that to make this wonderful land truly feel like home I was going to need to have a connection to my roots, for me and my family.
