When spring and summer roll around, we're running two full-time operations—our restaurant and food truck. Between mechanical breakdowns, unpredictable weather, long lineups, staff shortages, restaurant equipment issues, supply delays, and everything in between, every day brings a new challenge. But you'll still find us showing up and giving it our all.
Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding It never goes unnoticed, and we're truly grateful to have you along for the ride. ❤️

In Huế, where the rain lingers and the rivers overflow, comfort has always been found in the warmth of a bowl of Spicy Bún Bò Huế. Some traditions are born from the seasons that shaped them. 🍜❤️

At The Red Brick Wall Vietnamese Restaurant, we ideally use AAA Inside Round beef for its rich flavor and tender texture. It helps create the savory beef experience that enhances every bowl of authentic pho. 🍜🥩
