You may have noticed we didn't post a public Thanksgiving Feast this year...... We are grateful for an inn full of hunters and families and our Sunday is booked for a private event. The restaurant will be closed to the public for the entire evening. Rejoin the restaurant next Friday thru Sunday, 4 PM to 8 PM for all your favourites.

We are excited to announce, as an addition to the Mainstay Restaurant and Resort, the MAINSTAY CAFE hours for locals and travelers to enjoy our café offerings of Espresso coffees (in addition to our famous house brew), protein power shakes, the prairie breakfast plate and a daily soup and sandwich special. The café will continue into 2027 winter / spring, adding a daily evening special. Reservations for 6 or more recommended.
Monday thru Thursday, 7 AM - 2 PM

The EVENING RESTAURANT will be available for in-dining and take-out Friday thru Sunday, 4 PM – 8 PM until December 20, 2026. Closed for Parties.

The Mainstay Inn Restaurant is seeking part-time cooks for our fall season, as we say good luck and farewell to our students! If you can spend a couple of afternoons / early evenings, doing what you love, then we would like to negotiate with you!
